We want you to love your custom gear! Please review our return guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns

• Standard (non-custom) items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they’re unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

• Because custom jerseys are made specifically for you, they can only be returned or exchanged if they arrive damaged, defective, or with an error on our part.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@zenodmqv.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll provide instructions and, if eligible, a return shipping label.

3. Pack the item securely and send it back within the timeframe provided.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect.

Exchanges

Need a different size for a standard product? Contact us, and we’ll arrange an exchange if stock is available.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can quickly make it right.
